Who should use this category?
Choose the individual category when you are the subject of the review. If a company or non-profit organisation needs certification, explain that requirement so the correct entity category can be confirmed. The lowest fee is not a substitute for choosing the category that matches the application.
You can complete the fillable PDF on a phone or computer and return the saved copy by email. Alternatively, print it, sign it and send a clear scan. Make sure your identity document, photograph and every completed page are readable before attaching them.
What the review considers
The team reviews the identity and address information provided, the applicant's stated professional or business activity, financial arrangements and relevant risk factors. Use the same official name across the application, identity document and supporting correspondence. Explain spelling differences or changes of name with supporting information.

Start with the online application. After your details are confirmed, INTACRED sends a fillable membership form and a personalised guide. Return the completed form and supporting documents in the email thread.
The team checks completeness before issuing an invoice. Assessment normally takes 24 to 48 working hours after complete documentation and verified payment. Complex structures, cross-border activities or enhanced review may require more time. Payment does not guarantee certification.
What the fee supports
The USD 200 fee supports registration, risk assessment and reporting, and certificate issuance where approved. The invoice gives the itemised breakdown. Refer to the fees page and refund policy before paying. Use only the details in your official invoice.

Can I apply without a registered company?
The individual category is available for applicants applying in their own capacity. Describe your activity and explain why any business-specific document does not apply. The team will determine what is needed for your circumstances.
Can someone help me send the documents?
You may get help preparing or attaching files, but the application must use your accurate official details and required declarations. Keep correspondence linked to your application email and explain any change of contact.
INTACRED membership and certification do not replace licences, statutory obligations or a counterparty's own due diligence. If another organisation requested the certificate, confirm its requirements with that organisation.
