Corporate AML Compliance Review
For companies and businesses seeking a review of their legal identity, ownership, management and activities. The corporate category connects your membership application with the information needed to assess the business, rather than only an individual representative.
Membership and compliance fee: USD 430
Who should use this category?
Use this category when the organisation itself is the subject of the review. Your authorised representative should provide their official name, the registered business name, country and reason for seeking compliance certification. If you trade under a name that differs from your registration, explain the relationship in your application.
For example, if a business needs compliance documentation for a funding or commercial counterparty, explain who requested it and what activity it relates to. Do not select the individual category solely because one director is completing the application.
What the review considers
The review considers the business registration, directors or proprietors, ownership structure, financial arrangements and stated business activities. Where ownership involves several entities or jurisdictions, the team may ask for further information to understand who ultimately controls the business.
Documents to prepare
- Completed and signed membership form, with identification and a recent photograph for the applicant
- Business registration or incorporation certificate
- Identification for directors, partners or proprietors and information on ownership
- Valid tax compliance certificate and proof of business address
- Bank account confirmation or official account details
- Description of the business, project, source and intended use of funds where relevant
- Grant award letter only where the application concerns a grant
Requirements are reviewed against your circumstances. Explain documents that do not apply, and respond to any request for clarification. Submitting an incomplete package can delay assessment.
Application, invoice and review
Start with the online application. After your details are confirmed, INTACRED sends a fillable membership form and a personalised guide. Return the completed form and supporting documents in the email thread.
The team checks completeness before issuing an invoice. Assessment normally takes 24 to 48 working hours after complete documentation and verified payment. Complex structures, cross-border activities or enhanced review may require more time. Payment does not guarantee certification.
What the fee supports
The USD 430 fee supports registration, risk assessment and reporting, and certificate issuance where approved. The invoice gives the itemised breakdown. Refer to the fees page and refund policy before paying. Use only the details in your official invoice.
Questions about corporate applications
Can a director apply on behalf of the business?
An authorised representative can complete the application. Enter the representative's official details and the registered business name so the review can be linked to the correct entity.
What if ownership or registration documents have changed?
Send the current documents and explain changes to the business name, directors, ownership or address. Inconsistent details may require clarification before the review can proceed.
INTACRED membership and certification do not replace licences, statutory obligations or a counterparty's own due diligence. If another organisation requested the certificate, confirm its requirements with that organisation.
